Hi, I'm Jhon LeBaron.
I'm a husband, father of six, entrepreneur, and the owner of a home service company that made the Inc. 5000 list as one of America's fastest growing companies.
For years, I believed that growing my business meant working harder, solving every problem, and being involved in every decision.
I was wrong.
The more my business grew, the more it depended on me.
Everything changed when I stopped trying to become a better operator and started building a better business. By creating the right systems, hiring the right people, and building a culture of ownership, I was finally able to step out of the day to day without slowing growth.
Today, my mission is to help other service business owners experience that same kind of operational freedom.
